Pilates Challenge!

So, since I’ve been sick I haven’t been able to work out this week. So to get myself back into it and kickstart for next week I’ve challenged myself to do a shitton of pilates from POP Pilates tonight!

Basically I looked at all the exercises on Casey’s Workout Index and chose one video from each muscle group. Here’s what I’m going to do tonight:

ARMS: Arm Attack! 11.07 min

ABS: Lower Belly Pooch Attack 15.04

BACK: Sexy Back workout 12.20

BUTT: Super Butt workout 10.57

LEGS: Slimmer Inner Thighs and Runners Calves 12.04

OBLIQUES: Oblique Pilates Routine 6.31

STRETCH: Stretching for Flexibility 10.00

Total time: 1 hr 18 mins.
