May have overdone it at the gym today…

…because right now I’m feeling really average. I upped the intensity of my cardio interval routine today, but not by a huge amount. I’ve had a snack and plenty of water since I got home, but I’m headachy and super tired and just feeling all round av. Not my usual post-workout high. Its weirding me out.
