Truth is, I kinda fell off the wagon for a bit there. It started off that I fell off my horse and broke my collar bone. And then I got quite sick. And then I started a new job and suddenly couldn’t find the time to work out anymore. Then I snagged a new boyf AND a new horse, and it seemed that between work, boy, horse and sleep there was no space for exercise.
Not an excuse at all, but life just seemed to get in the way of my fitness goals.
While I haven’t put on weight, I’ve definitely lost some of the fitness and strength that I’d worked so hard to attain. About a month ago I decided that being busy is no reason to be unhealthy. there are people with WAY more on than me who manage to fit it all in. It’s all about making time, and managing time. And, while i don’t mean to blow my own horn or anything but, toot toot, I am an excellent time manager when I actually bother with it… So I have been sorting my life out and I am finally back on track!
But back to what I was oh my goshing about earlier….
When I finally remembered my tumblr password and checked my messages… I was totally blown away by all of the love! Thank you so so much everyone!
You have no idea how touching and inspirational your messages are. I will be replying to them all, but in the meantime just to let you know I will definitely be posting more workouts/fitness plans in the next few weeks!
