Oh dear.
Last night we had a party at our flat and one of my darling flatmates dropped a half liter tankard of beer on my foot… the glass shattered and I now have a really deep cut on the top of my foot. Anyway now I can’t really walk. Which SUCKS.

Goood morning tumblr
I’m just chilllin in my room with a banana and a half cup of coffee, waiting for it to get a bit lighter so I can go for a run. Badass, I know.

Question for you
I’m going home for the mid year break in about a week and will lose my access to the uni gym :( Which is fine for strength workouts, because I have some handweights at home. But for cardio, any ideas what I can do? I already run three times a week and don’t want to do more than that (I have a bad knee…) but want to do cardio at least 5 times a week.  Suggestions?

Pilates Challenge!
So, since I’ve been sick I haven’t been able to work out this week. So to get myself back into it and kickstart for next week I’ve challenged myself to do a shitton of pilates from POP Pilates tonight! Basically I looked at all the exercises on Casey’s Workout Index and chose one video from each muscle group. Here’s what I’m going to do tonight: ARMS: Arm...

Giving myself until Sunday
Before I start working out again. I still get really tired just from walking to and from campus, so I want to ease back into it. So monday is golden, I’m going to go to a core class and then do some work on the stationary bike or elliptical.  Can’t believe I actually miss working out!

8 healthy eating habits you can start now!
health-heaven: Good eating habits take time to develop. Be sure to identify the good habits you have in place, then work to strengthen them and add new ones to the list. Make one or two changes at a time and remember that over the course of a year, small changes add up to big ones. 1. Eat regularly. This keeps ravenous hunger from sneaking up on you – and making you eat more than you...

Anonymous asked: If you need any more motivation to give up alcohol:
1) The body can't burn fat while there's alcohol in the blood
2) It's REALLY hard to work out the next day if you had a drink the night before
