Yoga is the best way to start your day
See what I did there? It rhymed. Yeah. I’m that good.
So I’m starting my new years resolutions early and doing 10 minutes of yoga when I wake up and 15 minutes before I go to bed. I’m trying out different youtube videos to see which suits me best. This morning I did this one. It was pretty good, but I might shop around a bit more (oh, the beauty of the internets!).

Workout - Week 2 Day 6
Today I did:
30 minutes cardio with Kendal Hogan Level one of the 30ds (INTENSE! Jillian scares me) 15 minutes relaxation yoga.
New goals:
Complete the 30ds (starting probably on January 15th, when I get back to NZ). Do 10 minutes of yoga every morning and 15 minutes before bed. Drink at least 2.7 L of water per day.

I heart jumping jacks
Today’s workout:
100 jumping jacks 90 crunches 80 squats 70 leg lifts (each side) 60 jumping jacks 50 crunches 40 squats 30 leg lifts (each side) 20 jumping jacks Plank (2 sets, 1 minute each)

[Week 2 Day 5]
Completed week 1 no hassels! 11 more to go :)
This week was a bit slow due to my unforseen trip to Baltimore. So on days 1 and 2 all i could do was walk the dog - a good 1.5hr each, mind - but since then back on track! My workouts this week:
Day 3 - 30 minutes circuit training (From a video on exercisetv.tv), 30 mins strength training. Day 4 - 20 minutes kickboxing, 20 minutes strength training....
