This is just a little random piece of advice, but if you're honestly worried about being mugged in the city, just use a cross body bag and have it underneath your coat/jacket. that way you're not taping anything to your body (haha), but still have access to a phone or money in case YOU need it, not a stranger. (: it also helps when you're ice skating. have fun!

Workout - Day 15
Ahhhhh I think all these workouts & no rest is getting to me. I felt nauseated and headachey all day. And now its 28%? I am confused.

Just measured myself.
Ugh is how i feel.
Body fat percentage = 33%
Not happy. This will change.
Can anyone give me a realistic healthy body fat percentage to aim for? I keep getting all different answers for the healthy range for women. Does anyone know? I'm 21, if that helps.
